Process of Account Opening
- To open Airtel Payments Bank Saving Account, you have to follow the below process on the Airtel Thanks app: –
- 1. Open Airtel Thanks app and go to ‘Manage Page’ and click on Money tab for the Upgrade or Opening of Savings Bank Account
- 2. You will initiate the process by submitting your PAN and Aadhaar number
- 2. Basis the PAN and Aadhar, give consent for downloading details from CKYC CERSAI.
- 3. Once you confirm on the KYC details downloaded using your CKYC ID, you will need to verify your identity & location with a quick liveliness check
- 4. Post liveliness check, as per RBI guidelines, you are required to do a mandatory money load using UPI mode.
- 5. Once payment is successful we will open your account and transfer the same money in newly opened Digital Savings Bank Account.
